Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the United States. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Diane's Grace Candles is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
- Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our handpoured products, all sales are generally final. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence and we will work to make it right.
- Unopened, unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
